Inspection Equipment Solution
CAS MicroMach Panther-Eye M1000 is a specialized inspection device for air film holes in aircraft engine blades. It employs industry-leading optical AI confocal fusion technology to achieve high-precision measurement of air film holes produced by various machining methods.
Measurement parameters include diameter, positional accuracy, angle, hole spacing, and transparency testing for both circular and irregular holes. The system is suitable for post-machining quality assessment of blade air film holes and supports integration with automated production lines to enable fully automated, intelligent inspection of air film holes. The current version supports measurements of air film hole diameter, positional accuracy, and angle; shape and contour parameter measurements for irregular-shaped holes; and inspections of critical blade areas, such as trailing-edge slit window dimensions, blade tip groove wall thickness, and the contour accuracy of the root extension and leading-edge flange. With its simple and efficient operation, it is the preferred equipment in the field of air film hole inspection.
