Micromach’s “Panther-Eye M1000” is a specialized inspection system designed for the air film holes of aero-engine blades. It utilizes industry-leading optical AI confocal fusion technology and white light interferometry to achieve high-precision measurement of various air film holes.The system measures key parameters such as hole diameter, position accuracy, angle, hole spacing, and surface roughness. It is ideal for quality evaluation after air film hole processing and supports integration with automated production lines, enabling fully automated intelligent inspection. The current version supports: Hole Diameter, Position Accuracy, and Angle Measurement for circular holes; Hole Diameter and Taper Measurement for conical holes; Shape Parameters (α1/β1/h2) and Contour Parameters (C1-C4) for non-circular/conical holes; Key Blade Component Inspections, including: Trailing edge slot window dimensions; Blade tip groove wall thickness; Root extension and shroud plate contour.
